Refund Policy

Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase. By purchasing any syna product, you acknowledge and agree to this Refund Policy.

All Sales Are Final

Due to the digital nature of our products and the instant access granted upon purchase, all sales are final. Once a script or product has been delivered to your account, it cannot be returned, and we generally do not offer refunds.

This is standard practice for digital products — once you have access, the product has been fully delivered.

Exceptions

We understand that sometimes things go wrong. If there is a genuine issue with our service — such as a technical problem on our end that prevents you from accessing what you paid for — we will work with you to reach a fair resolution.

Examples of situations where we may offer assistance:

  • A critical technical issue on our end that prevents you from using the product you purchased
  • You were charged multiple times for the same product due to a billing error
  • Your purchase was unauthorized (fraud) — we will work with Whop to resolve this

What Is Not Eligible

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Change of mind or "I don't want it anymore"
  • Failure to read the product description before purchasing
  • Incompatibility with your specific setup or hardware configuration
  • Game updates or patches that temporarily affect script functionality
  • Account bans, suspensions, or actions taken by game publishers — our Terms of Service clearly state that you use our products at your own risk
  • Violation of our Terms of Service resulting in access revocation

How to Request Support

If you believe you have a legitimate issue that warrants a resolution, reach out to us at biz@syna.gg with:

  • Your Whop username or the email associated with your purchase
  • The product you purchased
  • A clear description of the issue
  • Any relevant screenshots or evidence

We aim to respond to all inquiries within 48 hours. We will review your case and work with you to find a fair outcome.

Chargebacks

Filing a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or payment provider instead of contacting us directly will result in an immediate and permanent ban from all syna products and services. If you have an issue, please contact us first — we are always willing to work things out fairly.

Cancellations

If your purchase includes a recurring subscription, you may cancel at any time through Whop. Upon cancellation, you will retain access until the end of your current billing period. No prorated refunds or credits will be issued for unused time.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. The policy in effect at the time of your purchase applies to that transaction.
