Welcome to syna. By accessing or using our website at syna.gg, purchasing any of our products, or using any of our scripts or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use our services. If you are under 18, you must have the consent of a parent or legal guardian. By using our services, you represent that you meet these requirements.

2. Products & Services

syna provides digital controller scripts designed for use with the Cronus Zen hardware device. Our scripts optimize controller signal processing and operate within the bounds of standard human input emulation. All scripts are delivered digitally and are accessible immediately upon purchase through our platform partner, Whop.

3. Intended Use & Disclaimer

Our scripts are provided strictly for educational and testing purposes regarding hardware configuration. We do not condone or encourage the use of our scripts in online game modes or in any manner that violates a game's terms of service.

You use our scripts entirely at your own risk. syna does not guarantee account safety, game compatibility, or any specific outcome from using our products. We are not responsible for any consequences resulting from your use of our scripts, including but not limited to account suspensions, bans, or other actions taken by game publishers.

We do not guarantee that our scripts will function with future game updates, patches, or hardware firmware changes. Scripts are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

4. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of your access without refund:

• Sharing or redistributing any syna scripts, files, or content with any third party
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling any of our scripts or software
• Reselling or sublicensing our scripts or access to our services
• Account sharing — your purchase grants access to a single user only
• Circumventing any access controls, licensing mechanisms, or security measures
• Using our services to harass, exploit, or harm others
• Violating any applicable game terms of service in connection with our products

If we determine that you have violated any game's terms of service or our own terms while using syna products, your access will be permanently revoked without refund.

5. Intellectual Property

All scripts, code, content, branding, and materials on this site are the intellectual property of syna. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use purchased scripts for personal use only. This license does not transfer any ownership rights. Unauthorized distribution, reproduction, or modification of our intellectual property will be pursued to the fullest extent permitted by law.

6. Payments & Billing

All payments are processed through our platform partner, Whop. By making a purchase, you also agree to Whop's terms of service and payment terms. syna does not directly store or process payment information — all financial transactions are handled by Whop and its payment processors.

7. Refunds

Due to the digital nature of our products and the instant access granted upon purchase, all sales are final. Please review our full Refund Policy for more details. In exceptional circumstances where something is genuinely wrong with our service, we will work with you to reach a fair resolution.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time, with or without notice, for any violation of these terms. Upon termination, your license to use our scripts is immediately revoked. We may also terminate access if we believe, in our sole discretion, that your conduct is harmful to other users, our business, or third parties.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, syna and its team members shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, game accounts, profits, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.

10. Hardware Compliance

The scripts and configurations provided by syna are designed to optimize controller signal processing. They operate strictly within the bounds of standard human input emulation to prevent hardware flagging. syna does not condone or provide tools for exploits, game modification, or detection evasion. Our products are for educational purposes regarding hardware configuration only.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.

12. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
